How do I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the details of the shipping company and tracking number if applicable.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday.
Orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1 - 3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 2 - 4 weeks for delivery (depending on location).

Who pays for international import taxes? International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Cara Eyewear has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Cara Eyewear has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Cara Eyewear is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
